[cfe-dev] Question re post-condition of clang::format::reformat()

Does clang::format::reformat() guarantee that the replacements it generates contain no duplicates and will not conflict with one another? Or is a call to tooling::deduplicateAndDetectConflicts() necessary? I suppose there's no problem updating the docs to reflect the answer to this question?
