[cfe-dev] Windows binary builds

Hi Jesper

There are some binaries here: http://llvm.org/builds/ but I think the
libraries are statically linked.

Anyhow I recommend building the libraries yourself with Visual Studio in
Debug mode.
Then you can debug into the libraries.
This is very, very helpful for debugging or just figuring out what's going
on.
