[cfe-dev] LLVM 3.4rc1 Sources and Binaries Now Available

The release notes are in the 3.4 branch:
http://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/branches/release_34/docs/ReleaseNotes.rst
similar for llvm. Please update them with current information! :-)
