[cfe-dev] [compiler-rt] hidden visibility pragma on Windows

Hi

We're trying to build compiler-rt on Windows and not sure if the hidden 
visibility pragma in int_util should be supported. I'm not a Windows 
expert and curious what other think should be done there.
