[cfe-dev] clang.llvm.org/extra/doxygen Not Found

Hi Ariel,

The cte setup hasn't been configured to run doxygen on the server (this
isn't something that happens by default).

What are the details of what needs to be done to run doxygen? Does a full
build of the project need to be done first, or can it just be done from the
source?
