[cfe-dev] buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x86_64-ubuntu

Hi Stephen,

The build we are discussing has been interrupted after linker does not
print anything out for 20 minutes, because it hanged.
I don't see how doubling the timeout would fix this issue.
