[cfe-dev] Static Analyzer Open Projects page added

Hi,

We've just added the Open Projects page to the static analyzer website http://clang-analyzer.llvm.org/open_projects.html. It mainly focuses on infrastructure pieces which would be beneficial to the analyzer.

Volunteers to tackle those as well as ideas for more projects are welcome!
