Which was filed by Fraser Hutchison in our team fixes a bug in cryptopp
that will allow cryptopp to be compiled and successfully run it's tests
when compiled with stdlib=libc++ for anyone who requires linking crryptopp
to any of their projects. There are a couple of switches to quiet the
compilations, but they are obvious if we want them.
