[cfe-dev] Building clang 3.0 and later on Ubuntu 10.4 (64 bit) on AMD64

Solution discovered to the build problem.  Ubuntu 10.4 provides clang and llvm 2.7 and these were installed.

Deleting these packages removes the build problem.  I have now been able to build clang 3.1
