[cfe-dev] llvm.org down?

Dear All,

I couldn't access http://llvm.org either.  However, the server itself was responding, and I could log in remotely.  There were 151 apache processes running; many of them appeared to be in the SYN_RECV state according to netstat.

I restarted the web server, and that seems to have cleared up the issue.
