[cfe-dev] Microsoft vtordisp field support for clang.

Please see this patch.
I am not sure that new algorithm very efficient, but I think new 
algorithm is better than old one.
Also I refactor condition in 1472 line RecordLayoutBuilder.cpp.
Without this fix new test cases in ms_class_layout.cpp does not pass.
