Fair enough; although GettingStarted.html should be changed not to
mention GCC 4.0.1 as usable.
In the meantime, GCC 4.2.1 (Apple build 5577) materialized on the
machine (probably from the XCode update) and clang builds with that
(also gcc 4.6.1 from MacPorts).

Now to build clang with clang :)
