[cfe-dev] RecordLayoutBuilder microsoft mode bug fix.

Hi all.

I've found some bug. I put it to the test file. But when I run the clang 
it falls(debug mode).
CGRecordLayoutBuilder isn't ready for MS layout at the moment(my version 
not completed yet).
I see 2 ways to solve this problem:
  1. Exclude new test case until CGRecordLayoutBuilder is ready;
  2. Apply this patch with CGRecordLayoutBuilder patch.

What should I do?
