Usually 64bit gcc/g++ will produce 64bit executables with default
settings. That may depend on configuration settings though, so try
compiling a hello-world program first. If you want further advice on how
to use MinGW, the right place to ask is the specific mailing list for
the MinGW distribution you are using.
