I'm really glad for the windows fixes, because at times I do develop on
Windows.
But... (and I don't want to be too much of a stickler for licensing) I
understand the Boost license does require you to include the BSL in files
that use Boost code (http://www.boost.org/LICENSE_1_0.txt).
