[cfe-dev] [OpenCL patch] Clang fails on nested vector literals *update*

It's been two months since I resubmitted a revised patch for fixing nested
vector literals (including zero-initialisation for missing vector elements)
[1], but unfortunately no one has commented on it.

Please review this patch (updated to r147338).
