[cfe-dev] Is there a querying macro for `__alignof`?

Hi,

I'm trying to write a patch for Boost.TypeTraits to use clang's
type traits intrinsics. Is there a querying macro for checking availability of
`__alignof`? If not, is there any plan to add it?
