Some people (like me) come at a site and prefer to download a package 
first, to see what does it contain and of what quality.
I came at http://clang.llvm.org/ , then gone from it onto 
http://clang.llvm.org/get_started.html .
However there was SVN only has been offered.
I would leave it, thinking that there are no packages for download are 
published, but I tried to google also, and it lead me at 
http://llvm.org/releases/download.html .
Note that this page is not anyhow linked from the first two pages, and 
some people will keep to think that there are no downloads available.
