[cfe-dev] Collection of Microsoft extension tests

Attached is a collection of tests for Microsoft c/c++ extensions. I
would like comments on how they should be named, split up, and placed.

pragma-directives.cpp contains a list of directives that I'm not quite
sure how to test yet. Any suggestions there would be appreciated.
