[cfe-dev] Extra #defines for Windows SDK 6.0a/VS2008

Hi,

I volunteer to take the lead on this and work to submit a patch as
soon as possible (let say this Sunday)
I have a strong interest in MCVS compatibilities at the parser level
and I already patched some stuff in my local svn.
