[cfe-dev] New "libc" project libposix

 Hello, people,

 I've created a new project to build a compliant POSIX 2008 library. Like
clang it's expected to be built from scratch and replace legacy
applications, so I think the project could be a nice complement to clang and
llvm. ;-) Everybody is welcome.
