[cfe-dev] ObjC Selectors

This patch adds the last bit of support for Objective-C selectors and  
protocols.  It also includes two small tidies - the code for  
generating message expressions is now reused rather than duplicated  
(sorry - missed this one in the last patch) and the bug with assert  
failures on methods with arguments caused by overzealous deletion of  
code is now fixed.
