[cfe-dev] Bugzilla, TODO/FIXME

I have recently started working on the cfe.  My first step has been to examine the code and search for TODO and FIXME notes.  Some of the TODO and FIXME entries seem simple enough that they did not require elaboration, others were more involved and may need some explanation.  Would be people be open to creating bugzilla entries for these.  I would be happy to start the process if people are interested.
