r326168 - Attempt to fix greendragon bot after r326141

So this doesn’t appear to fix the issue that led to my revert earlier.

There’s no slashes in the command line that’s failing. However, this bot
doesn’t seem to be updating and hasn’t pulled in this cl yet, but I expect
it to fail again when it does
