- Renamed SimpleThreadPool to ThreadPool
- Removed PCHs from Scheduler's constructor
- Renamed waitFor(AST|Preamble)Action to blocking(AST|Preamble)Read
- Updates
- Remove getLastCommand from Scheduler's interface, pass Inputs to actions instead
