Log:
[clang-rename] Rename alias.

Summary:
* Support rename alias.
* Add unittests for renaming alias.
* Don't generate fixes for the SourceLocations that are invalid or in temporary
  buffer, otherwise crash would be happened when generating AtomicChanges.
