[PATCH] D36562: [Bitfield] Make the bitfield a separate location if it has width of legal integer type and its bit offset is naturally aligned for the type

Don't separate bitfield in the middle of a run because it is possible to hinder bitfields accesses combine. Only separate bitfield at the beginning of a run.
