I don't know how hard it'll be to implement, but will be great to add

- New `<check name> <http://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/checks/<check name>.html>`_ check

  Please add short description here.

into "Improvements to clang-tidy" section. Ideally according to alphabetic order.
