r272604 - [docs] Coverage: Document the profile merge pool specifier

I think David got rid of that limitation.

The related warning in compiler-rt does not reflect this:

  PROF_WARN("%%m specifier can only be specified once at the end of %s.\n", ...);

Fixed the warning in r272685.
