[PATCH] Fix typo

Hi,
This is my first patch for clang. It fixes 4 typos:
"targetted" -> "targeted"
"becuase" -> "because"
"staically" -> "statically"
"vitual" -> "virtual"
The svn diff file is attached. Thanks for your advice!
