[PATCH] [X86][AVX512VL-BW] Add more intrinsics support

Hi delena,

Add new intrinsics support that already covered by the BE.
All the intrinsics are covered by tests.

also add 2 bit to ObjCOrBuiltinID (changed from 11bits to 13bits), see discussion in:
