[PATCH] [analyzer] Prevent ccc/c++-analyzer from hanging on Windows.

I tried to apply it on the svn after applying http://reviews.llvm.org/D6551 but it fails with:

  $ patch -p2  < D8774.diff 
  patching file ccc-analyzer
  patching file scan-build
  Hunk #1 FAILED at 1232.
  Hunk #2 succeeded at 1309 (offset 32 lines).
  Hunk #3 succeeded at 1346 (offset 32 lines).
  1 out of 3 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file scan-build.rej

Could you fix that? Thanks
