[PATCH] Fix crash in handling back-end warnings

Fix BackendConsumer::EmitOptimizationMessage() to check if the
DiagnosticInfoOptimizationBase object has a valid location before
calling getLocation() to avoid dereferencing a null pointer inside
getLocation() when no debug info is present.
