Ah, in that case, you should subclass this: 
https://github.com/llvm-mirror/libcxx/blob/master/test/libcxx/test/target_info.py#L5 
and then add -DLIBCXX_TARGET_INFO="libcxx.test.CloudABITargetInfo" to 
your cmake configuration line.
