clang-format: Fix spacing for function with ref-qualification ..
.. when using SpacesInCStyleCastParentheses != SpacesInParentheses.
Before:
FormatStyle Spaces = getLLVMStyle();
Deleted &operator=(const Deleted &)& = default;
Spaces.SpacesInParentheses = true;
Deleted(const Deleted &)& = default;
Spaces.SpacesInCStyleCastParentheses = true;
Spaces.SpacesInParentheses= false;
Deleted( const Deleted & )& = default;
After:
FormatStyle Spaces = getLLVMStyle();
