[PATCH] Improvements to scan-build.

Hi jordan_rose,

Refactoring:
+ rename 'Options' to 'EnvVars' to better reflect the variables contents.
+ keep all scan-build arguments in the hash rather then in scattered variables.

All arguments were tested with the debugger. Please review!
