[PATCH] [clang][MIPS] Removing __SIZEOF_INT128__ macro for MIPS64

Hi kcc, samsonov, atanasyan, dsanders,

__SIZEOF_INT128__ macro should not be defined as 128-bit operations are not yet supported for MIPS64.
