[PATCH][libcxx] scan-build fixes in tests

OK, good to know, I'll continue on with the scan-build run.   I can take a
look at clang-tidy as well, maybe setup regular runs of both once in a
known-state or clean.

This has been on my to-do list for quite a while.  (along with running all
