[PATCH] Fix for 2 Sema test failures when AArch64 is the default target.

I think the aarch64 buildbot didn't catch it because it only
runs the llvm regression tests, not the clang regression tests.

I think Gabor is working on making sure the clang regression tests
will also get run.
