[PATCH] Update LLVM version: 3.5 => 3.6

This looks reasonable. The mass amounts of changes are due to the fact
that no one has been regenerating configure for a while. I'll try to
keep an eye on people from now on.

I've gone ahead and done the initial regenerate, feel free to apply.
