I'd prefer that we land the version update as soon as possible.

As far as I understand it, the trunk is now version 3.6svn, and the
files should reflect that. I build weekly snapshots for Windows off of
trunk, and I don't want snapshots after the branch to still end up
being called 3.5svn.
