I seem to be getting this build failure after this commit with -Werror
enabled

lib/Sema/SemaStmtAttr.cpp:132:59: error: missing field 'EnabledIsSet'
initializer [-Werror,-Wmissing-field-initializers]

    {LoopHintAttr::Vectorize, LoopHintAttr::VectorizeWidth},

                                                          ^
