[LLVMdev] 3.4.1 Release Plans

Hi Tom,
 	Rafael has approved (in IRC):
LLVM: r196168, r196987, r197572, r197574
clang: r197577

Iain has approved LLVM r198744.

Jim, would you approve backporting the remaining patches to 3.4.1?
These remaining two patches only affects behavior on OS X 10.6 and 
earlier.
LLVM: r196970 (.weak_definition for older cctools, by me)
clang: r196981 (suppress -Q option for legacy assemblers)
