[PATCH] trivial comment/doc patches

Hi all,

Attached are 3 trivial patches:
 - "Mac OS/X" -> "Mac OS X" spelling fixes for llvm
 - ditto for clang
 - added a note in the user manual that tsan is not supported on Mac
