[PATCH] Don't merge constructors with initializer lists to one line in WebKit style.

  When writing this, I was assuming, that MustBreakBefore flag on the first token in a line doesn't affect anything except for line merging. So I would say, there's no side-effect, everything is completely intentional. Am I missing something?
