Hi, Daniel. Thanks for working on this. I think we'd want -analyzer-config to behave like -enable-checker in that if you specify it multiple times, all the options are used (rather than just the last one). Can you restructure this to make that work? http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com/D2382
