Any feedback? Who’s a gatekeeper for clang/tools?

Subject: [request for permission] Move pp-trace and PPCallbacks tests to clang/(tools/test)?
Per Kim Gräsman's message to this group, may I move the pp-trace tool to clang/tools and the pp-trace-based PPCallbacks tests to clang/test?
The reasoning is that since PPCallbacks is an important mechanism in clang, it's tests should be in the main clang repository.
Thanks.
