[PATCH] Make clang-format editor integration files part of install target

  Well.. these files feel more like resources used by various editors rather than stand-alone executable scripts, especially considering the .applescript and .el files.

  I'll go with Reid's suggestion for now. We can change this if you or Daniel feel strongly about it.
