[PATCH] Separate construction of bi-arch path suffix from construction of multi-library path suffix

  - findCrtBeginObj renamed to hasCrtBeginObj.
  - Added assert to check that there is no bi-arch suffix in case of android mips toolchain.
  - Reverted changes in the linux-ld.c. They were made by mistake.
  - Added CHECK-NOT to the mips-cs-ld.c
