[PATCH] Clang as a cross-compiler documentation

[Renato Golin]

  Changing sysroot and ccc-gcc-name to match clang --help.

  Also, I realized that Clang now gets the right binaries without -ccc-gcc-name explicitly set, so that became an optional step for weird cases.
